Our Mission: Empowering parents and caregivers of medically complex children with trauma-informed, nurse-led-advocacy, grounded in both clinical experience and lived medical motherhood.

👨‍👩‍👧 YOU’VE TREID EVERYTHING. THAT’S WHY YOU’RE HERE

I’m a nurse, but I’m also a medical mom. And I’ve lived this life, midnight ER visits, 911 calls, emergency surgeries, lengthy hospital stays, DME companies, insurance denials, therapy appointments, pages and pages of discharge papers, and all the appointments that leave you in tears and more confused than when you walked in.

When the hospital sends you home with binders and folders and stacks of discharge instructions and no clear plan forward, that’s where I come in.

I bridge the gap between medical chaos and empowered care.

O.L.I. Advocacy is one of the only pediatric advocacy centers in Texas run by a registered nurse with a special needs caregiving background. I bring both clinical experience and lived experience to help families like yours feel less lost and more heard.

I focus on chronic care. This is peer-driven, family-centered, trauma-aware advocacy for the long haul.

You don’t have to do this alone. You shouldn’t have to figure this out by yourself. And now? You don’t have to.

Disclaimer: I am a licensed Registered Nurse and offer guidance grounded in professional training and lived experience. However, I am not acting as your primary care provider or physician. All information shared through O.L.I Advocacy, LLC is for educational and advocacy support purposes only and does not replace personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own healthcare team.

ABOUT O.L.I. ADVOCACY, LLC

O.L.I. Advocacy, LLC was created in honor of my daughter, Oliana, Oli for short. Born medically complex, she has been my greatest teacher in truth, resilience, and fierce compassion. Her story inspired a mission I now live every day.

I'm a registered nurse with 20 years of experience in pediatrics and a medical mom of 18 years. I've sat on both sides of the hospital bed, as the clinician and the desperate parent, and I understand the chaos that comes with navigating a complicated, and often dismissive, healthcare system.

O.L.I. Advocacy, LLC exists to support families like yours, parents facing the overwhelming reality of complex pediatric care. I offer one-on-one virtual services including:

  • Medical record review

  • Appointment prep and coaching

  • Emotional advocacy support

  • Ongoing mentorship for medical parents

Every family I work with strengthens my resolve. Every story reminds me why I started. You shouldn’t have to walk this path alone, and with O.L.I. Advocacy, you don’t have to.

MEDICAL RECORDS REVIEW

I help you interpret complex medical records and identify what’s missing or needs questioning. I dig into labs, procedure results and provider notes to identify gaps, missing pieces, and overlooked clues, then summarize them clearly so you can advocate with confidence. Whether it’s 10 pages or 110, I’ll help extract what matters. I look for missed patterns, overlooked labs and red flags.

Medical Record Review Policy: Once medical records are received, please allow up to 5 business days for a comprehensive review. Findings will be discussed during a scheduled 30-minute follow-up phone call. This ensures time for thoughtful analysis and personalized support. Phone call will be scheduled via email correspondence after records have been submitted.

Price: $150 flat rate. Up to 100 pages.(Additional $25 for every 25 pages after that. If additional pages are reviewed, you will be invoiced separately.)

Please see the “Consents” tab for instructions on how to securely send medical records.
